It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

Hi there.I created a map size like a spire village to play Dot's U2vehicles mod.It contains also Utweapons mod (also by Dot's crated).I put the music from Mobile Forces called Ambient03.Where i must put to play map on somebody server??For now please give me link to upload map for download page at oldunreal. :P

If you want to play your map on someone else's server, you have to contact the admin and send him the map or upload it somewhere and let him download it. But if he doesn't know you good chances are between -3% and -1% he'll let you put it on his server.

If you want to play your map on someone else's server, you have to contact the admin and send him the map or upload it somewhere and let him download it. But if he doesn't know you good chances are between -3% and -1% he'll let you put it on his server.

Back in the days when the Celtic Warriors still had a server. People could sent us their maps. And its simple. If the map was good we added it to the server rotation. If the map was bad, but had potential, we asked the mapper to make additional changes, so it would become a good map.


If anything admins should be open to such a thing in my opinium. It leads to new maps, and the server can serve as bug platform.

I will send it to Oldunreal download page.
And theres no reason why it shouldnt be added :)

Hi i know that this question is not in this topic but i have a problem.When i build a map (now building DMSkybase for u2vehicles) and i put a sheet and under this i put lavazone i see all times same problem:All map is swamped in lava.I putted 4 sheets and a problem hasn't disappear.If i won't created this map under vehicles i could build big hole but when i'm in vehicle and i fall vehicle has got health same as before but you know that clouds are destructive like in skybase skytown and skycaves.please help.

• Keep stuff aligned to grid and
• Don't use the scale tool, build the brush as you want it to be and don't scale it afterwards
• Set the surface's Portal flag

I don't want a DM map :D I want a team play mod like RealCTF except that in this mod i don't wan't any modifications like new guns skins models and other..I need a teamplay mod what look likes that: Two Teams starts game and they have own base.I don't want to see that some player from enemy team spawns in my base.I could import team game from Mobile Forces but my script editor is broken (unexpected error) i can send this script and file to someone who will import to the Unreal.

You can use CTF for that just fine. CTF can be played with normal weapons and normal skins, except they obviously are either red or blue.

I always played CTF with the setup from above really.

Or Team DM, it's the same as regular DM but it's team-based (0 < 1).

You can use normal TeamGame and enable "bSpawnInTeamArea", Unreal.ini:

WHat type of brush i must use to create for example rock or disorted terrain ?? Vertex Edditing?? If true what i must do to disort terrain??With CTR too??

Use the terrain brush, select it, select a vertex by clicking on one and move it with left mouse button while holding the alt key.

I don't understand, do you mean the volume fog?
