It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

I'd like to humbly ask for a coder to help me with the map URTechies (it may be found in OldUnreal's Single Player maps section). It contains a unique gametype known as Unreal Rogue Technology. Thing is, I'd need that technology available for current Unreal versions. Is anyone able to recode this thing in a way for it to be compatible with:

U224
U227
UT436 w/OldSkool

I'd really appreciate some help since it has come to FCBP team's attention that this gametype could fruiton with unique SP experiences...

Quick fix, kind of painless too.

compiled on 225f.
works on 225f confirmed, will likely work fine on 226b/f & 227

may not work on 224, code makes extensive use of case : switch & may not function properly with the scoreboard. The rest of the stuff should function normally.

This subclasses "singleplayer" and has no replication, this will not work online without heavy modification. It only supports one player right now for score tallies.

edit: I don't care for oldskool and it's hacks, and this has a 0 chance of working with oldskool since this is a gametype in itself and would need to be subclassed off oldskool and I will not degrade such a unique and well coded mod. For old code, this guy seems to know what he's doing. He clearly followed the book on this one and I salute them.

works on 227g, I only loaded it and fought the first skaarj.
