Someone refresh me, Ive been gone for a while. Score recovery helps when u get gpf's, but what is the real reason we get this error? anyone know? how do we limit gpf's??

Installing 227 is really the only way to for sure reduce GPFs guaranteed.

there are plenty of reasons why GPF's appear. Usually you have to check the logs to have an idea at all why- while some crashes even interrupt the log and so there is often no real hint what happened.
With 227 we tried to find and eliminate those, the release notes and the forums show how much bugs and causes for those we already fixed.
However, to avoid it 100% is an impossible task, while most 227f servers and clients have good reports about stability and I hope stability can be increased even more with 227g.

from what ive been reading, 227g sounds real smooth, and i can mainstream it with my 24 player:)

Nobody knows without the log for a specific one, my friend...
In any case, they are much better than the windows crashes like this one:

or segfaults in Linux.
