All gamers have these stories, what are some of the most pathetic and laughable, maybe even ironic ways of dying in Unreal that you have experienced?

I got beheaded by a Nali. I had extremely low health while fighting a Titan in SpireVillage. He pounded the ground, the Nali was nearby, I landed, the Nali landed on top of me. PRIMEVAL was killed by a Nali. -.-

you can get killed by a nali rabbit in this map with a giant crusher if the nali rabbit jumps on the button :p

servers where you can summon things, i always summon some TriggeredDeaths all over the place and then sit back and enjoy the "WTF happened?" "OMG what is this?!" reactions from ppl.

never anything special in Unreal. Though I had some in tabletop roleplaying games. Like dying after falling from a windows... Here lies Hellkeeper, valiant paladin of destruction and his steel plate armor, who died with much bravery, after a one meter fall. :s

another weird way of getting killed is joining a server, and when your in jail connecting the connection fails and you just telefragged yourself.

fail command: open nyleve?failed, type it twice to get a clone hehe. there was also some cratering glitch when you stand on more than 2-3 decorations inside eachother, like books or barrels. dunno if 227 still has that.

I killed DeadMan with a horsefly once

I recall having a Nali fall on me once, too. I don't believe I've ever been killed by a tentacle, but I did buy it from a razorfly the first time I played the game. None of these are particularly embarrassing though...for that, I'd have to say I've killed myself in some pretty stupid ways. Decapitating myself with a razor blade ricochet (even when I saw it coming a mile away and didn't move) and nailing myself in the air with my own Bio Blob come to mind.

Of course, there's always the time when a person summons a Queen without having the foresight to activate ghost first.

I think many can relate to this, but I've accidentally forward-dodged off the cliff in Nyleve's Falls when I was trying to inch closer to look over the edge. I pretty much disabled dodging for years after a few more instances like that and now have it bound to a couple of keys so I can enable/disable dodging on the fly.

I've certainly done what Prophet mentioned, Queened it hundreds of times, but I've only ever died by tentacle or fly if I'm not looking or if they're one of Waffnuffly's Hellspawn things. Other than that, I've only been taken out by one of those suckers when I was inexperienced and new to games, and none of them have even touched me recently, albeit a few fly's that have managed to sneak up behind me. I've certainly never allowed a Nali or rabbit to fall on me, besides a few ONP moments with the follower Nali.

I think the funniest death I experienced is when me, Peanuts, and a few other people on my server were running through the beta maps. We were in one of the really cool temple maps that wasn't in the original. The one with where u fall through the floor to get to? Well anyway, the bunch of us were all going through and kickin some major a**, when we round a corner, and a wall opens up in front of us, and there sits a kamikazi skaarj which instantly explodes into a nuclear explosion wiping out the lot of us

The other time was in the same map actually, when the skaarj runs over and sets fire to the nali on the cross....except this was also a kamikazi skaarj, so it set fire to the nali, turned around, and blew up in my face

There was also that weird glitch when u hit a tentacle with a meelee weapon, and it dies, but it doesn't totally die, and starts hopping around chasing you lol. It jumped up high enough once to shoot a spike and kill me....I had like 2 health or something

i get killed by tentacles and flies alot tho. I always have a Rank 5 Death Penalty hehe ;( (Unreallity Spoiler!)

If you use the deflect function on the lightsaber mod, you can knock them down, and you can also do it in such a way that they fall in water, and stop shooting you, and the only thing they do is swim, though sometimes they get stuck on a wall while swimming and start shooting you again.

omg who killed the nali XD

I've seen them swim by pushing them into the water with the Saber, but never jump. That's really interesting.
