Weird bug

Too bad I haven't took a screenshot...this is the first time this happened. Suddenly Sludge had totally weird skin, a broken like, like if you import a broken texture pallete. It was all red with white dots. Groovy really.

Ow i've had this many times before, is nothing bad really, as you said before, it dissapeard next level.

I sometimes have this while importing edited pcx textures, not that that has anything to do with this but to fix that i always save the pcx as bmp in paintshop and re-import it. Speaking of 227, is the BMP going to be back in texture import format? UED 1.0 always had it.

OpenGL sometimes messes skins up, that's nothing new. :P

Last time I checked, I was able to import BMP into 227.

You got me wrong, i know you can import bmp pictures, but in ued 1.0 you could select bmp, now you can only port it by selecting 'all files'

You got me wrong, i know you can import bmp pictures, but in ued 1.0 you could select bmp, now you can only port it by selecting 'all files'
Or type "*.bmp" in file name. lol

Yes you can import 8 bit indexed BMP, I just tried.

Lol.. you misunderstood me again, i know you can port bmp, i was just wondering if like in Ued 1.0 you can select BMP as import format, the same way you can select PCX.

227g has import options for BMP, especially for DXT1/3/5 support, so you can additionally import 32bpp BMP too.

sexy. but, what do i add to the texture import line for importing a texture? DXT=1 ? cus my texture imports in 227g got screwed horribly :s

Use #exec directives and UCC.
