I was trying to copy and paste the maps, music, etc. to Unreal, and when I tried to open the intro map, I got a message saying "couldn't find file for package: UnrealShare.logo"
Is there a different way to do this?
or is there any conversion of RTNP that includes the cutscenes and log entries?

RTNP requires Unreal Gold, which is the 226b patch for Unreal to work.

It required 224 (the original standalone rtnp is 224), or you can run it at 226f too if you copy the 224 upak in plus dll from gold.

so this will not work with 227 and will ONLY work with 226? Hmmm.... If that's so, then is there any conversion out there that I can download? I already have Unreal Gold, but I don't like it as much as Unreal.

That made it 226b, Gold (which has same missing sprites issues as Gold and misalignes skins and there is not anymore the unique rtnp font). I meant that if you wanted to play it on the 226f.

The original RTNP is actually pre-224 even, bought that one a long while ago. Weapon textures are nicer in that version of UPak.

I guess, I could only play RTNP with that patch, else it'd crash on start (I don't remember the error).

Are you really sure of that? It turned out the Upak was the same as the 224 one I think. If it is different, could you upload it to make us take a look at it? I thought the different weapons skins are of the beta version of Upak, which was never released afaik.

They also removed alot of other content in the UGold UPak for whatever reason... Like some infrared goggle texture and some other things, I don't remember very many specifics though, but the 224 UPak is definitely superior to that UGold BS.

Missing Gl and RL explosion sprites and new model of glammo in ugold Upak, but with misalligned skin. Carifle clip skin is indeed different and misaligned as well. Also the Upak font was unique.
