Your Comrad, known to you as Prisoner 849 is missing. You agreed to the mission to return to the Planet Na Pali in hopes of tracking down 849. However, Inuit is also on the trail of the missing prisoner ship Vortex Rikers. You must encounter the dangers of the planet as the Skaarj have also found the resident Queen killed and are out for revenge and have re-established themselves on the planet and mining for the rare Tarydium crystals vital to their systems. Na Pali is more dangerous with Space Pirates lurking and Inuit Recovery crews.
compatible with Unreal 224v and up (including 227)
RTNP NOT needed, if you own RTNP, it WILL run.
Prelude is a celebration of all things Unreal with old and new and unseen before content.

I *hate* fileplanet... I refuse to register there just to download a file... or rather wait 30 minutes or pay a premium fee to download...
Can this please be uploaded somewhere else...? I'm bored out of my mind..

Finally final? Congrats then, I will try it out soon.
Anyway Inside prometheus has same bug as last time, that duplicated mover. in one cabin.
AT Nagomi, the second map, the water has glass texture for some reason...
EDIT: DMVILLA2GW. has dot at the end of name making it unable to open in console...really watch out for bugs more..plus the textures are not scaled and rotated right. You should have used my map at least and not do that....sigh

Most public upload servers do that... :/ I personally find rapidsh*t the most annoying because it sometimes won't download at all (first I need to wait 2 minutes then 1 minute again so I USE 9 PROXIES OMG).

I must not have ever noticed a duplicated mover. DMVillaGW is provided as is as released.
I will re-up the project with the fixed file name, just rename deleting the extra dot.
I will check on th glass texture but never noticed to me as obvious.

Original Villa2 (or my Villa2F or 224, which is downloadable in the division pack by Delacroix):
Your Villa2:
See difference now? Probably this happened beacuse of same texture name or just wrong import, if you reimported the level, which was not needed at all.

While awaiting the fixed version, here is another mirror in the meantime:
usearchpv1a.zip
If the fixed version comes out, ill upload it, and replace the link(unless its the same filename of course

heh, either way looks fine to me, I'll recheck it tho, seems I recall a texture thing going on there.
The maps were created from vanilla unreal and patches did change some things

Both screenshots were taken in latest Unreal version.
Villa2 was created in version pre 200, but it worked fine in version 200, the only thing you need is to just resave it in the release version, no need of exporting, if you import it, you have to watch for textures with same names if you load some package first, this happens, there are many textures with same names.

okay, I found why I changed the texture. I did a re-export-import, and the wood texture refuses to show properly so I chose a different texture.
In the whirl of gamep[lay you won't notice it at all that its different unless you scrutinize like we are. Different wood texture and works. I'll try the save technique tho.
..edit..
yeh that worked. Just remember the DMVilla2 is the original GWpress level unmodded.
DMVilla2GW is my re-work. Use that.

The latest ver is 1.08..
Altho there will be ver 2.0 coming soon
Ver 2 has some additional classes of the marine along with some new animations
However it hasnt been fully coded yet and there be one or 2 more animations to do.
Basically its not ready yet

Lol, yet again the Skaarj..
"Yet again"? Do you have some problem with skaarj? That's what unreal is about. with no skaarj it wouldnt be unreal would it?

That post makes no sense. Afcaurse there would be Unreal without the skaarj. Like i said in pedi's topic, its getting boring always having the skaajrs as standard enemy number 1. So i was sugguesting to make a new enemy insteat.

THe Skaarjs are cool indeed, but not if its the enemy number 1 in every mappack, its like every mappack is based on the same mission, escape from the Skaarj. A whole new species will bring some more passion in it, like you come on a certained level, and you see dead skaarjs and dead bodys of the new species laying everywhere spread over the level, the Skaarj and some new species fight to the death of carrying the honor of most powerfull species of the Universe, stuff like that.

I think my project hints a little on that. The time period its placed is between Unreal RTNP and Unreal 2.
Unreal 2 explores other Unreal worlds, but I think the Skaarj are not storied in well, almost as a side creature. There seems a lot of content got axed from U2 which would have made it more interesting, but maybe its being saved for U3?
I think EPIC still has a barnburner for a game if they do U3.
