Is it possible to install nephthys true FTP acces? or is there a version that does not need to be installed?

You can install it locally, and then copy the extracted/changed files to FTP location.

Create a new system folder locally with any name. Place copied game server Unreal.ini, IPDrv.int, IPDrv.u, and IPDrv.dll files into it. Run the Nephthys installer, and change the system folder path customization to match the new folder. After installation, copy all files from the new folder to FTP location.
