Bparticle setting changed when hosting dedicated

I am not sure if htis is a 227f glitch,setting. I have placed a Skaarj Warrior in one of my levels, there is an option in Properties>Display>bParticles which is a cool feature that turns the 3d mesh into a bunch of 2d textures, looks cool with the light actor sprite. and when i play it in singleplayer, host a new game via start new game in the multiplayer menu, it works but when i play a dedicated server, it seems to automatically turn of bParticles. Why is it doing this? Also how can i get it to stop?

This is for the fact that bParticles have no network replication setup, meaning when you join the game as a client, you have no idea its actually enabled. What you must do is to Subclass SkaarjWarrior (into myLevel package if you want), and set on its defaultproperties bParticles to True, then use that one in your map.
