UE3 doesnt support umx and regular non skeletal meshes.

So looks like a no.

I already looked at it to convert unreal to that for the hell of it, and those were automatic nos, if only they released public headers with it..

it may be a SDK but for sure it doesn't contain sources, on a first glimpse it doesn't even contain headers. So you maybe could use it to make an U3-Engine based game with Unreal1 content, but not more than that...

But you are not allowed to make any new UTs etc. I think remakes are kind of acceptable, but even that can be a problem.

It's non commerical, so it will likely not be an issue.

Their EULA for all unreal games says you can port previous unreal stuff, so I don't see the issue here.
