Long Time Away - Service Offered

It has been a while (a long while) since I played Unreal or Unreal Tournament. Back then I was known as Lucifer's Hammer (IWB).

Great to see that Unreal is still around and would like to help. I can provide a dedicated server for hosting a game server, but wouldn't be able to admin.

Connectivity is 1Gbps although will throttle if abused   . Would anyone be interested?

I would take the offer but my server would be more of a niche server that not alot of people would join. I'm sure someone will take the offer though.

No idea why no one is interested, that's weird. Last time someone offered a free server people jumped all over it.

Just noticed this topic. Oldunreal is in need for a server which is a bit better for european players. Currently I only have a server in America, which is a good machine, but unfortunately bad in ping.
So I'd love to participate here, I very much assume your server is having a better ping- if not located to far away.

I'm really sorry about the down time on this. Going through some life crisis's atm which involves probably losing the house where the servers are located. I'll try to get them back up when I can and keep u updated.

ah don't worry m8 I'm thankful for any minute a server is running. Nothing to be worried about. I'm sorry if you took it that way. I just hate my ISP for my crappy ping for US Servers
