Hmm. I though that was direct link.
Search for
Deus Ex v0.075d - test version for Deus Ex 1. Also to run this you need renderer, download it from here, say thanks to the author for it, i don't need to develop convertor! ...

Boris just wanted to play car games, and now Unreal freaks type him day by day. So, he disabled all downloads. Anyway, there are copies.

What? It's the Deus Ex renderer, it just runs the same way in Unreal that it does in Deus Ex because it's the same engine.

you can fix the fog problem
open preferences, then under d3d9 rendering search for singlepass fog and put it to true
for masked textures do the same as above but put masked texture hack to true
then u wont have a problem with fog and the masked texture's aren't black anymore

Looks like the ENBSeries site is still being updated as of a couple months ago. I'll have to check out the Deus Ex one.
Edit: Hmm, doesn't seem that much more impressive. Seems like it just reduces my framerate by quite a bit just to allow oversaturated lighting.

I think that renderer looks very ugly:
- Too dark
- Too much contrast
- Too much detail / sharpness
- Too saturated lightning
- Too big FPS drop

The first four points: good, not bad. :-/
The FPS drop shouldn't be much of a problem imo (how much?)
