It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

i really really liked UT3's splash start-up image, so i wondered... would anyone have a really awesome splash start-up image for unreal I? i know hyper has some but i find them relatively primitive.. now-a-days we have S3TC textures, photoshop, we could make some really awesome splash start-up pics.. and they dont have to be within 800x600 resolution cuz everyone's got good monitors now :D

so... does anyone have an one they're using and wouldn't mind sharing?

Didn't Hyper once make a really nice Unreal 1 splash with "oldunreal" on it? I have a copy of it on a backup disc (still packed in a box in Winnipeg). I do remember it being white with very well done "Unreal" lettering on it.

I use the default logo, although I did have a custom one I made a few years back.

Yeah, I made a few logo's some time ago. It's still available for download at my site:
