I can support Matrix' statement because I had decided to miss school yesterday and so had spent a majority of the day talking to Matrix on MSN and hanging out with him on the UAS server.

No one had been touched, kicked, banned, nothing. You also never appeared on the server either.

niels, you are a new poster, it seems. Because of that, I find your statements hard to believe since you have seemed to contribute nothing to oldUnreal except your "bad experience" and problems with loading the master server. Not that I am insulting you, but it doesn't help your argument when you consider that you have just recently joined oldUnreal and then went to make a claim (without evidence), then change your mind, and now more than one person contradicts what you have said.

Also, you originally said Newbie's Playground, then changed your mind and said UAS. To me, you seem to be waffle-weaving and it just looks like you're trying to cause crap.

You should either provide evidence of your statements, or be truthful about what you're saying instead of causing crap.

I play on *UaS* regularly, and I have never seen these players that you mentioned before.

I can support both Matrix's and Skaarj_Slayer's statements. I came online at about 11PM GMT, and left at about 02:00 GMT and not once did I see a player named "Niels"

I think you may have *UaS* and Newbies Playground mixed up, as I see some of the players you mentions on Newbies Playground often.

C) It's obvious that Gizzy, Matrix, and myself have seen someone by the name of "Unreal" on Newbie's Playground server.

It is not only about xcoop, there has been this controlrifle and something else, which can be in any server and it had worse functions than xcoop.
Besides I have heard (only heard, this could be hoax as well, wanting me to believe in something, but due to my experience you can never know) that UAS server admins abuse clients on daily basis or something like that. I never join it, because I can't with older versions...

As for the rumors-

1. Admins were only abusive to people who deserved it, as in, people who had been attacking the server, been cache ripping, excessively killing when they'd been told to stop over 10 times, etc. It was done only to people who had earned it, and deserved it.

2. It was not on a "daily basis", unless someone kept coming back and pulled the same stunts. UAS also rarely banned, so it would only be considered to be a daily basis for some people. Others were left alone and not touched at all.

3. UAS has also lowered its treatment / punishment to just rapid killing, kicking, or now banning. Only people who deserve this would get it. No innocents would / ever did get treated harshly.

Exactly, the person who messed up my Unreal was using someone else's name and a fake clan tag. We don't know for sure who did what until we get some form of sufficient proof.

Well I am sure the person who told me didn't fake his/her name, because it was on this forum and later somewhere where he couldn't get without me giving info to him about it.
And no this is not attempt to tear community apart and I expected everyone would go like that. Seriously stop being paranoid like that.

And I don't beleive these things, that UAS does not mess other people files, in fact one of the reedited posts said it in this whole thread, that they do things only to scum like klingons or something right now...but before it prolly used to be on "daily basis"

Ok, all I have to say is these rumours are ones which have been only told by 1 person (or so you've told us so far) and 4 - 5 people have been claiming otherwise. Like Smirftsch said, there's no proof of such abuse, just rumours.. and it's not the first time someone would try to cause crap.

From now on, leave rumours behind.. any claims that anyone makes should be supported by facts with undeniable evidence. Without such, there is nothing to stop anyone from thinking you're just lying or mistaken.

You should stop assuming that any of us are guilty of something. Just because you and your unknown friend do not like the UAS server and are willing to agree with any argument putting it in a bad light, doesn't mean we all do. MANY people enjoy going on the UAS server, a lot whom post on this forum, a lot who don't.

We aren't trying to prove anything except that UAS admins did not abuse niels and do not mess with any players files at all. Leave it at that. What you feel and what you wouldn't be surprised with are irrelevant in an argument lacking evidence.
