OldUnreal (Engine)

Hi everybody. I'm new in this forums and would like to say thanks for such a wonderful information source. I installed the 227 patch to my Unreal Gold version of the game and got an "entry point not found" error message when I tried to run the game for the first time after the update. Is this patch meant for Unreal Gold? If not, where can I find the right one? What should I do to be able to run the game again? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you have a .dll file that isn't properly associated with 227. The culprit is probably upak.dll or nephthys.dll; remove both of these if present. In fact, you should only be using the stock .dll files, provided with the 227 patch.
