I don't think this is a valid site. The grammar is sub par, which leads me to believe someone made it as a joke.

Sounds fishy.
I strongly suggest getting one at 000webhost.com.
A free account suits my needs, I have 6 domains registered there and there's little downtime (was much more in the past).
Skw, Ikuto and me have our sites hosted there.
