I can't continue RTNP because the next map, velora.unr won't open because of:
model mylevel.model163: serial size mismatch: got 1673299, expected 2251528
...among other stuff but that is listed at the top.
I get the same notice when I try to open it in the editor too.
I'm using Unreal Gold 226.
DirectX 9.0C

Try to put the map from the disc to the game. Looks like the file has been corrupted.

Agree there with both Hellkeeper and Kasey, you should post the entire log, but likelly Hellkeeper is correct by saying the map itself is corrupt

But if there is an error on the CD, you're fubar'd. Someone can send you a non-corrupted map in that case.

Which is no problem, Unreal Texture lacks all the original maps in the downloads, they should be there anyway. If needed ill add all the maps, multi and single player.

Thanks, that fixed it.
I replaced the map with a copy from the CD and now it works fine. I finished RTNP.
That log has been overwritten a couple times since the last error so I don't have it.
I don't know how to set it to log them all.

I think that -timestamplog command-line parameter is for that purpose.

I was looking at Unreal.log, ooops.
I found 10 others like this Unreal.ngLog.2009.01.06.20.48.47.7777.log but the contents are gibberish like a .dll in notepad. It won't copy and paste either.
Which one of those 10 would be the one of the crashed map I wouldn't know.

Those aren't Unreal logs.
Unreal logs with -timestamp are yyyy_mm_dd_hh_mm_ss.log.
