It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

I have a weird feeling of already posting this, it's even in my auto-complete entries in Firefox. Nah, I posted that at my own forum (lol).

Anyway, (I'll ask this mostly Smirf, but, oh well...), when is 227f going to be released? ;)

A (public) release candidate or 227f beta version would be nice. Some live real world testing and experiences never hurt a project. I can mirror it again if needed.

227f_beta lol. That would be very nice. As far as I can see, there is a lot of bug fixes, etc. from 227e to 227f. 8-)

yeah, many especially small but time consuming things were fixed. Working on it, but currently small progress because many things to do in RL to take care about my health...

Why don't you just release F, then G, and leave the final as H? I mean, even if you release F as the "final", there will still be bugs. And you can't have 227f_fix36_beta_8-style names :P

228 would break compat and have an epic ton of stuff added on.. better mutators and such, too sleepy to have an epic statement

but a 227f beta public release sounds like a good idea, but lol @ beta of beta..

regarding the fact that it is a myth that "f" means final (check 224v for example...) I maybe just make a 227g if necessary.

I always thought the "f" meant "final" as in the final revision of said version, not of the updates themselvse

and 228 won't be bad, it just will be very far :p
