Hey,
I was looking over the listening server to see why it was posting unknowns in the database...
I think that people can probe the port and cause it to try and write an empty log.
Not saying anything needs to be done (I dunno if anyone uses UGHStats really) But it might be a problem, and I am not sure if there is someway to authenticate servers, or maybe in a future version a new entry can be added to the config file for an array of IPs it will accept connections from.
Just food for thought.
Thanks,

It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.
If you experience any problems there is also the usual "password forgotten" function. Don't forget to clear your browser cache!

Re: Wolf - UGHStats
You are correct!
That is why I stated explicitely in the manual that hosters should configure their firewall to only allow known Unreal servers to contact the port!
Also, the server program I provided with the sources was mostly for demonstration purposes so people can build their own servers either based on it or build a new one from scratch and just see how it works in principal. I intentionally did not put too much effort in the server part because I expected real hosts would not use it in unmodified (though working) form.
