OldUnreal (Engine)

Hiya

Are there any game server rental companies that still host Unreal 1 servers.

Looks like the nerdnetwork does not any more .

I believe that is the place that NxS rents from.
They don't have Unreal in the list of games they host, but when I was looking for a host, I e-mailed them and said they would host Unreal.
DOG clan rents from someone else, can't remember who.
I've seen a (CoA) server in the list, must be someone running one from home, I've been in it a few times. This is Bah{hLk} signing out!
P.S. It's good to see an old (CoA) guy again!

Yup - that CoA server in the list is sitting right next to me.



The guys here helped me get my startup batch file all setup.

Some of the guys in my clan said the server I am running from home is good at times - but laggy at other times. . . . How did it run for you?

Its on a dual processor system - server 2003.

The CoA has shrunk these days but we still have a website up:

I will try Art of war - I already have a UT3 server going with them.

So do you remember the old Vixen No Mercy playground days?

I signed up for a 10 slot today

Chaos it seems were both waiting for those guys to get the unreal cd's uploaded for us. As is, I tried to upload my server files but it restricts me from putting on Unreal.exe or UCC.exe

Let me know if you get yours running.. i'll post here if it works for me too.

whoa yeah.. I see yours up! How the hell did you get it to run in 227e????

Mine was 226f and I can't seem to get either UCC.exe or Unreal.exe to upload (which 227e version needs to run a server 227e server apparently)

I asked them to load the patch and gave them a link here. They loaded it up.

Still not going right yet. No web admin. They had it using unrealtournament.ini

Need to get maps uploaded and redirect going. I copied my ini over theirs and of course it points to a lot of maps not on the server yet . . .
