Unreal Invaded by Cell Phone!

Here is something new for admin to pay attention to on their servers,
I encountered this last night on my server console
I had a player trying to join within this ip range listed below.
The speed was extremely slow, and an ip starting with 8. immediatly got my attention,
so i decided to do a bit of checking:
Cricket Communications Inc
IP Range: 8.7.68.0 - 8.7.71.255
This is a wireless cellphone provider
So my thinking is someone deleberatly hooked up their laptop to a
cell phone and tried to connect to my server, or some similiar scenario.
Anyway it's just taking up a small amount of unnecessary broadband,
and would be unplayable even if they did download all the server files
which would probably take a week to do lol.
So after a bit more checking, i now know who it was,
but i'll rerfain from how i know or who it was,
lets just say they left a stupid trail I could follow.
My advice is to block this ip range, and keep an
eye out for more of this to come.
Funny thing just as i'm posting this my server console reports:
