Unreal mod U4E problems

I've downloaded the mod "U4E" for unreal. For some reason it won't show up whenever i try to do a botmatch or when i set up a server... whats going on? I know i installed it right and all that crap.

When you go to select gametype, count how many different gametypes you can scroll through - you are only allotted 16 slots for gametypes, any over that won't show. if you already have 16 gametypes listed, you either need to open some spaces by moving an .int file for gametypes already installed (or changing that .int to a false extension), or you can still launch the newer gametypes in command format.
if it is not currently listing 16 gametypes, then i have no idea what the problem could be.

no thats not it (to jedi pikachu) i only have 12 gametypes installed... i also just realized that i am having the same problem with infiltration... wont show up in botmatch or when i set up a server
