OldUnreal (Engine)

This is causing a slow down on Querying the master server and often times out in game browser.

master.thenerdnetwork.com

I'm told it's not down but something is up with it/227e because there are no servers that are on 227e located on it.

we never saw an issue with that except on shivaxis computer, though i'm thinking that was a hardware/mod problem as were his other unreproducable by anyone else's installs

Zombie informed me about the problem. Obviously there was some support missing for gamespy protocol. Working on a fix for it. Good someone found it

Yeah I told Zombie about it and he started playing around with it to figure it out.

I was hoping it was just down to save some bug fixing haha.

I always remove thenerdnetwork from my unreal ini as soon as I run the unreal 227 installer.

oh come on! i reported this WAY long ago like when 227d was still a test release...psh nobody believed me...as Casey sais...they thought it was "one of my problems"

Ah, that would probably explain why I am seeing tens of thousands of errors on the master server console...

Is 227 going to be able to communicate with this master server?
