OldUnreal (Engine)

If there is anyone out there with extensive C programming knowledge, I am wondering if you can help me out eith a project, it is taking the Unreal source code and basically re-create it using the Unreal Engine 2.0. If you are interested, please post here and I can send you the source code if you do not have it. (I hope that this is seriously possible, for the better runtime, etc.)
