It's been quite a while since oldunreal had an overhaul, but we are moving to another server which require some updates and changes. The biggest change is the migration of our old reliable YaBB forum to phpBB. This system expects you to login with your username and old password known from YaBB.

It's been my experience that skins are made with external programs like photoshop etc. I've never attempted a UT skin but I would assume it's similar to unreal. The wiki has some interesting links such as this one. http://wiki.beyondunreal.com/wiki/Psychic_313 and I'm sure tons of others. Check the wiki and see what you find. Your post is a bit vague so post some more info. Are you just editing an existing skin? Do you want a new model, etc? Try a search on the wiki for UT skinning.
