My new remix of Chizra (Nali Water God) with stunning remaster footage <3

The next phase of the Unreal journey has us venturing into the flooded passages of the Chizra temple... I really enjoyed reworking the pulsing bass and flute arrangements. I focused heavily on the percussion with deep heavy tribal tones to compliment the soundscape of this haunting level from the original game.
As usual, I can’t thank ‪@Krull0r‬ enough for supplying this beautiful remastered footage I could edit for the music video… I surely hope I’ve complimented his incredible visuals and remaster...and of course the original OST to this game.

I hope y’all are doing okay... the music might bring a little calm and escape amid the chaos in this world. Maybe a nostalgic memory or two

Damn, it's been so long since I listened to it I hadn't realized you're also the person who made the All Hallows Sunset remix. Your work is excellent in itself and the way you remade these tracks from the ground up is just about perfect. The atmosphere is fully preserved and modernized just as much as needed. I've loved this soundtrack for years (I can now say decades, how time flies !) and this is exactly what I would have wanted as an update.

There are a number of remixes and remakes of these soundtracks on Youtube but I'd say yours and Necto Ulin's UT99 remixes take the cake. He has tackled UT99's futuristic techno with great success while preserving the structure and distinctiveness of each song, exactly as you did for Unreal, but thanks to the now dead UT4 project, he has obtained a wide recognition. It's a real shame you didn't achieve the same fame, for in my opinion, you are at or above his level of excellence.

All Hallows sunset is my favourite track from the game and let me tell you: I prefer your version. As for Chizra, I always found the original track a bit too understated, it's good for the background but doesn't exactly call for active listening. I think your version does. Wonderful work.
