After years of unsuccesful attempts, I finally managed to export the Hover Plat model from the Unreal Championship Alpha (ver.num.763).
How to enter the vehicle? Hold CROUCH right next to it.
How to exit the vehicle? By pressing the THROW WEAPON key.
FPS and TPS views both work. To change between these type behindview 1 or behindview 0 in the console.
But how did you convert this version though? I mean it wasn't a staticmesh so its not as simple as the other vehicles (that dots ported or that need to be ported still)..

After years of unsuccesful attempts, I finally managed to export the Viper model from the Unreal Championship Alpha (ver.num.763).
It is the first time! we can actually see this model as it was totally broken in the alpha, making it impossible to place/spawn or export.

I suppose you're right it is not the same vehicle but is the closest in anything we have to that one....
the viper is fully textured in uc but only ingame if its placed in a map (and it starts automaticlly falling so better make sure to place it on top of bsp geometry if necesary make a cube).....
And you cant drive it just sit in a seat by "jumping in"
MMU Semi Beta Skaarj Warrior
At one time in Unreal's development, there was a Skaarj skin with a belt on it's chest. The Skaarj's skin tone was of a lighter green. I tried to recreate it with this one.
Custom Invisibility pickup. The name says it all. The pickup itself paints your vision red when activated simulating a "Gut Camo" similiar to the one seen in zombie movies.

Do you have the original screenshot for comparison btw? Because I'm not sure if it was intended to be an actual belt tbh. It might also have been a slightly earlier model, which had some difference in uv maps.
Custom Kevlar skins made by me. Dates back to... I guess 2017?!
Please note that each skin has to be applied by hand via the editor or by using a mutator that does it automatically whenever you start a game with it.
Can be combined with altered stats for more coolness!

The mod gives the player a driveable version of UT 99's DM-Galleon ship. The ships exterior and interior can both be explored why "sailing". NOTA BENE: This is a fun project!
You have to press "crouch" when aboard to enter the "sailing mode". "toss weapon" let's you exit the "wheel".
