Somebody knows it how to open and edit .SAC container files in the Clive Barker's Undying?

Hi all!
I am curious about the fact that somebody knows it how can be edited .SAC container files in the game?
An Italian subtitle pach was made for the game, this pach displays subtitles the dialogue during the game.

I would like to make a Hungarian subtitle for the game based on the Italian subtitle.
Because of this would interest, how it is possible to open it .SAC container files, because these files imply the subtitles.
Somebody would be able to recommend a program, or something method, with which it is possible to open these, .SAC files, and it is possible to edit these with it.
