Yea I know corny name.
It will be a mappack that is 20-50 maps long.
It is based after the events of RTNP in which after you escaped from the Terrans, you find a Skaarj Cargo Ship and Take it over because the ship you found on Na Pali was a piece of Crap. You fly it back to the Planet in which you were arrested, but on the way your ship becomes low on fuel, you fly to the nearest habitable planet. You crash into a wall of a valley, which in that crash all your weapons were lost execpt your DP and you Translator, which you carry at all times, this valley is filled with a very small Nali Village, which in the center of the valley is the Tower Of Vailzarus, which is a HUGE tower that goes into a space, that was built by an anicent race of nalis long ago, and at the top of the tower, which it's atmosphere is protected by a magical barrier, is a portal to the Great Trial, in which you try to get through a series of traps, puzzles, and Magical warriors to get the GodSlaying weapon, and after you get it, you go back to the tower and find another portal that is unlocked now, and you goto the planet "Krahzoria", in which you fight the Kyzorfians and then go into the temples in which you find each evil god and kill them. After you kill all the evil gods, you must fight the final evil god. After the Final one is defeated, an alternate reality is created. and in this reality, you decided to not commit the crime, and all of your adventures have never happened at all, and you live till you die from age.

Decrease difficulty of UAOK03 (It is to hard for players in the Second boss room with the white beam that goes into the ceiling)
Create Level 5 (half done)
Create Level 6
Create Level 7
Create Level 8


UPDATE: Slight Addition to my Plans
I will rename the Filename of the first two levels because they have spaces in them and it can cause trouble.
Also sorry, due to modifications to levels, you will not be able to continue your saved game, but  the next release will be the base release and all other releases will come as expansions/addons.
I will keep the first post updated with my checklist

The story seems a bit weird at times, but I think with some polishment and team it can have quite a potential (I am hinting at the fact that some packs don't have really great storylines).

EDIT: Btw is it gonna be based on an ancient Na Pali history? http://haloupdate.ytmnd.com/

Lol yea, i like the last part specially, that you woke up from a dream right? And then realize it never happend Grin, an ending like that never accured in a mappack before. new things, like new endings of a mappack storyline personally attracks my intension from trying the pack whatsoever. I like unique mappacks, no matter how unique, if its a whole new mappack  whether it's with new models and planets or a ending like this. I've got all trust in this package and i wish you the best of luck! Cheesy

lol fell down the chimney... xD

EDITzor 1: and here's an idea. in the first map, when you walk to the ambush spot with the kralls, on the left side there's this pathway with a lot of trees and plants right? when you walk through there, the wind stops blowing and everything gets quite. I seriously thought: the perfect place for another ambush. You could like spawn some skaarjscouts on top of the trees, without you seeing them spawn. and also add some music like Unreal4, songsection 2. Tongue

Hyzoran please recompile the scripts, the famous sound mess up bug has occured, happens if you don't recompile and save the scrips after a change.

I had this happen already in one deja vu map when the bananas appeared in that easter egg.

It would be the evil god if I knew how to model, skin, and script.
Edit: BTW the thrid level is not finished yet.
Edit again: Atleast no BSP holes occured.
Should I recomplile changed scripts or all scripts?

If you need scripting help i'd love to help. I'm not a pro or anything close to that, but i'm sure  (if you want me to) i can make some nice stuff for your Pack. Since i like the story so far.

First map seems not to be compatibel with ut, doesn it? UT missed there something from UnrealShare so I think you are using 227er patch as base?

Yes I am using 227f, I don't know how UT works, I don't have it, but I have heard of the Oldskool mod and what it does.

BTW Mental Hunter, I could use a Purple DP blast and a Black DP blast.
Also, I could use a gun That shoots a DP blast that has smaller dp blasts that rotate around it as it moves and leaves a trail of the effect of when a tazerproj when it hits the wall.

That would be cool.

edit: Also when you make the gun, please use the converted mesh of the shockrifle from UT, PLOX, TY.

Deja vu looks like a good mappack, but it seems to be for UT only, is there a way to play it in U1?

There was a project to make it compatible with Unreal. But I guess it was dropped because 227 will support map compatibility with UT. But for 225 servers it would be good if it existed. I might pick up on those packs later or do my conversions.

I mean that future versions will support that and I have botpack and it won't work with it, not even when you get rid of the botpack stuff in the map, it still won't work, understand?
It will work in 227e.

download the utweapons file from oldunreal,it contains the utweapons and effects.
and i believe there was a site where u could get the utinv file (relics,armors,health from ut etc)
EDIT: i found the site: http://hyper.dnsalias.net (u can get both files on this site)
