Translations needed / 227 Localizations

For Unreal 227 I need co-workers with the native languages:

1. Italian
2. Spanish
3. Whateverlanguageyouwantifyouarewillingtotranslatethewholestuff

Link to latest 227f .int files (which must be used as template for the other languages)
It also includes the latest translation files for German, French, Spanish and Italian. While German and French should be up to date, Spanish and Italian version need to be updated and fixed.

Just a small note: Keep the gamespy name for the game type in English please, otherwise the server won't get listed under the right tab in the Unreal server browser.

here are the latest .int files from 227f to be translated.
Its just the engine specific stuff, not the map/game related content.

hey, i've just started to translate some lines into polish. I suppose that ęąśżźć aren't supported, right? Grin

//
and more noob questions:
- translate everything that is after "=" right? Grin
- does line have to be the same length as original? or it could be longer?

I always thought that ęąśżźć are not supported.  Anyway, you can check it in 227e.

1. Yes, everything after =
2. Nope, you can make longer lines (or shorter if you want).

I'm thinking of creating a simple online system for translating, so everyone could translate the program into any language they want without the need of the actual .int files and without risk of doing something wrong. That shouldn't be hard to do, only a quite simple PHP script. Haven't started working on it yet though.

I entered the forums long time ago. Let me see... You want to every co-worker open every .int file and translate the content after= symbol?
There are some other stuff you want to translate up in 227 patch???

Maybe I can work on the spanish version if no body else is on it. Let me know.

yes, exactly. And it would be great if you could do for the spanish version.
Here is a set with the original localized files- including german, spanish, italian, french. Should be fine already for german and french, needs to be reworked for the rest. Means check all the int files, compare them to the .est files and add the missing stuff in the .est files. Some lines are surely translated badly and need fixing also. To verify its working you'll need to send me or you can contact me for the latest pre-227f version.
