Actually BeyondUnreal hosts Usaar33's website. It recently fixed the link on its homepage so that it points to the current location: http://astaley.beyondunreal.com/about.html

Of course BeyondUnreal now has its own hosting problems, but it appears as of right now that the Usaar33 site is accessible though it is slow.
